Pricing & Selling Information:
Our prices are rounded up to the nearest thousandths. For example, if the original retail price is 340 bells then our price will be 1,000 bells. If it is 2,000 bells then our price will be 3,000 bells and so on. We are also willing to negotiate prices as we see reasonable.
Available 'Not For Sale' or 'Non-Orderable' Items are priced based on the Customer. Give us a Offer and we shall see if it is reasonable.
All Complete Furniture Sets are priced at 99K. Incomplete Furniture Sets are priced at Customer's discretion.
Town Rules:

When first entering either of our towns, please wait at the train station until advised otherwise.

Do not run as we would like to preserve the quality of our grass.

Please press 'R' or 'L' when running on paths to avoid picking up the patterns.

Do not chop down trees or plant anything.

Please be careful around our flowers.

Please notify us if a pattern or flower is missing. We will not tolerate any stealing!
We would appreciate that these rules are taken into consideration when visiting either of our towns. We only ask that you respect our town as we would respect yours.
